The first NOT DEAD YET BENEFIT CONCERT was held in March 2011 at the historic venue Slim’s in San Francisco. Appearing were Jason’s Cacophony bandmate Marty Friedman, his David Lee Roth bandmate Steve Hunter, Joe Satriani, and many others. Footage of the show appears in the documentary Jason Becker: Dead Yet. There have been several NOT DEAD YET concerts since, all brought to life by Jason’s buddy and musical collaborator, Dave Lopez, of Flipsyde. The next exciting and talent-filled show is coming soon, and the proceeds will benefit this exciting project and save lives!!
